Oceana engendered a special connection with us from the first meeting to the ceremony. We felt that we were in good hands, which ultimately allowed us to have a very special wedding. Oceana was our marriage celebrant. We found her on the internet and had an instant feeling of comfort and satisfaction from our first meeting. We were unsure of the kind of ceremony we wanted but Oceana guided us with original and creative ideas that helped make it personal.
For our second meeting she came to our home to see the space where we intended to hold the ceremony and was receptive to the ideas we had shaped and the vision we had.
On the day of our wedding, Oceana arrived early to organize the guests into the formations we had chosen and guided the ceremony from start to finish with grace, love and confidence. Many of our family and friends were moved to tears at certain points of the ceremony due to the unity between us from the special components that Oceana brought. I cannot imagine anyone else being our celebrant as I now look back on the ceremony with complete happiness and thankfulness that Oceana was the one. We have been told by many that it was a unique and moving ceremony that will not be forgotten, and we thoroughly agree. We owe much gratitude to Oceana and look forward to the lasting relationship we have formed with her.

Despite living in different states, Oceana made it a priority to meet with us on a number of occasions prior to the wedding. She worked in with both us and our musician to ensure everything flowed effortlessly and gracefully. Oceana carried us in an embrace of love and support from the outset and organised everything, making our job easy and stress-free. She was there for both of us in every way, and for me particularly as a female, acting at different times as guide, mentor, ‘mother’ and friend. I found her extremely nurturing, caring and helpful. We are very grateful to Oceana for her patience, understanding, determination, strength, love and passion throughout the entire journey.

The wedding of my daughter and Iain was especially very beautiful and very unusual. Oceana created an extremely moving ceremony which touched my heart and moved me to tears. The ceremony brought everyone together in ways I’ve not experienced before. Oceana was definitely the perfect celebrant for my daughter Jenny and Iain.

I enjoyed Oceana’s service so much i cannot find fault with it. I loved all the guests being involved in the service; it brought everyone together from the start of the wedding and continued all through the weekend. Oceana brought into the service the love and happiness of being together to celebrate a wedding of loved ones. Oceana’s creation of her wedding warm up including the women’s business was special and also the men’s business, especially the men singing and marching back to the women ….that was awesome. It was so heartwarming….. it touched ones soul. Bringing many happy memories I just have to think of that beautiful day and my heart sings. I think the one word that comes to mind about the wedding service is togetherness.

I found my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding to be very unique and extremely well facilitated and put together. I had never experienced anything ever like it and found it very touching and emotional to be a part of. I liked how Oceana involved all the guests with a wedding warm up, making me feel a major part and involved. The whole thing was very different and very well done. What I especially found incredibly heartfelt was the blessing of the rings and the men’s group. I’ll never forget how I felt and what I saw, especially during these particular parts of the ceremony.
